Hi There, I'm Regina.

Healing happens in spaces where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. With a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a PPS Credential from California State University, I always aspire to help people get better mentally. Also, I specialize in working with neurodivergent populations across diverse settings.

From schools to community clinics to private practice, my heart lies in working with children, teens, adults, and especially those who experience the world a bit differently. I strive to create a supportive, affirming and neurodiversity informed space and approach my work with curiosity, compassion and the belief that healing looks differently for everyone. Having raised a neurodivergent daughter myself, I've journeyed beyond textbooks into the real-world intersection of brain science and everyday life. This personal experience fuels my passion for understanding the mind-body connection and taking a truly holistic approach to well-being.

My Approach

I blend gentle mindfulness practices, body awareness, and nervous system techniques to help you reconnect with yourself and find balance. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based and tailored to each client's unique needs. Drawing from approaches like Polyvagal Theory, CBT, Positive Psychology, Existential and Somatic Therapy, I create a grounded space where healing can unfold naturally. I'm also trained in Phase 1 Brainspotting, a powerful technique for processing trauma and difficult emotions.

Above all, I promise to meet you right where you are. Together, we'll navigate stress, anxiety, trauma, or whatever brings you through my door — at your pace, honoring your unique story.

Hello! I'm Bridgette.

I've walked alongside individuals, couples, and families for over 12 years as they navigate life's most challenging moments. As someone who speaks English and Spanish fluently, I'm passionate about making therapy accessible and culturally responsive.

What can you expect when working with me? A warm, judgment-free zone where we collaborate on building the life and relationships you want. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, working through relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, we'll discover practical tools and insights together.

My Approach

I believe in blending science with heart. I draw from evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, but always with a human touch. I'm known for active listening, offering practical solutions, and creating a space where you feel comfortable enough to do the deeper work.

Our first session will be about getting to know each other — your story, your goals, and how we might work together. I hope that you'll leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clear sense of our path forward.

I'm a trauma-informed therapist passionate about helping individuals create inner peace, emotional balance, and meaningful change. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and strive to create a space that feels safe, culturally responsive, and supportive.

I see all of my clients through telehealth, which means we can work together from anywhere in Florida. Sessions are secure, HIPAA-compliant, and designed to feel just as warm and personal as meeting in the room together. I'm not currently taking in-person appointments.

What It's Like to Work With Me

Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and compassionate. I provide a judgment-free space where you can openly explore your emotions, patterns, and life experiences. Whether you're navigating anxiety, healing from trauma, processing life transitions, or feeling disconnected from yourself, we'll work together to build clarity, regulation, and self-trust.

My Approach

My work is holistic, person-centered, and trauma-informed, honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other integrative modalities, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I also incorporate mindfulness and somatic practices to support nervous system regulation and deeper emotional processing.

Our First Sessions

Our first session is about connection and understanding. We'll explore what's bringing you to therapy, your goals, and what healing looks like for you. My hope is that you leave feeling supported, understood, and confident about the path forward.

Hello! I'm Kimberly.

I'm passionate about empowering and supporting people as they navigate anxiety, overwhelming emotions, relationship challenges, anticipatory grief, and life transitions. I believe emotions aren't something to judge or suppress. They're trying to tell an important story. Even the ones that feel uncomfortable or overwhelming often carry valuable insight into ourselves, our needs, and our relationships.

Rather than meeting your emotions with judgment, I'll invite you to meet them with curiosity. Through greater self-awareness, insight, and practical coping skills, my goal is to help you understand yourself, trust yourself, and respond with intention instead of reacting from overwhelm.

My Experience

My clinical work spans a range of settings and populations. I've supported people living with anxiety disorders, phobias, and overwhelming emotions, helping them strengthen emotional regulation, build self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges. I've also provided therapy and psychoeducation to individuals and families living with complex neurological illnesses, walking with patients and caregivers through anticipatory grief, chronic illness, caregiver burnout, and major life transitions.

I've facilitated suicide prevention and mental health programs for Latina adolescents, focused on resilience, emotional wellness, and healthy coping skills. My experience in correctional settings has deepened my understanding of the diverse life experiences, environmental factors, and systemic challenges that shape mental health and personal growth.

My Approach

I take an integrative, person-centered approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic principles, and trauma-informed care. Present-day challenges are usually what bring people to therapy, but many emotional and behavioral patterns were shaped by earlier experiences, relationships, and learned ways of coping. By exploring both the present and the past, we can make sense of recurring patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and build change that lasts.

A Space Where You Feel Understood

As a first-generation Latina, I care deeply about creating a culturally responsive, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe, respected, and understood. I believe every person has the capacity for growth and resilience. My hope is that you leave our work reconnected to your strengths, more confident in yourself, and living in a way that lines up with your values.
