My Approach

I blend gentle mindfulness practices, body awareness, and nervous system techniques to help you reconnect with yourself and find balance. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based and tailored to each client’s unique needs. Drawing from approaches like Polyvagal Theory, CBT, Positive Psychology, Existential and Somatic Therapy, I create a grounded space where healing can unfold naturally. I’m also trained in Phase 1 Brainspotting, a powerful technique for processing trauma and difficult emotions.

Above all, I promise to meet you right where you are. Together, we’ll navigate stress, anxiety, trauma, or whatever brings you through my door—at your pace, honoring your unique story.

Meet Our Team

Bridgette Fong, LMHC-QS

Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Hello! I'm Bridgette.

I’ve walked alongside individuals, couples, and families for nearly a decade as they navigate life’s most challenging moments. As someone who speaks English and Spanish fluently, I’m passionate about making therapy accessible and culturally responsive.

What can you expect when working with me? A warm, judgment-free zone where we collaborate on building the life and relationships you want. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, working through relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll discover practical tools and insights together.

My Approach

I believe in blending science with heart. I draw from evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, but always with a human touch. I’m known for active listening, offering practical solutions, and creating a space where you feel comfortable enough to do the deeper work.

Our first session will be about getting to know each other—your story, goals, and how we might work together. I hope that you’ll leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clear sense of our path forward.
