Meet Our Team
Regina Herman, LMHC
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Hi there, I'm Regina.
Healing happens in spaces where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. With a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a PPS Credential from California State University, I strive to help individuals improve their mental well-being. For many years, I’ve supported children, teens, adults, and families across various settings, including schools, community clinics, and private practices.
My passion lies in helping people navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and stress in a way that honors their unique story. My deepest passion? Supporting the neurodivergent community, including those with Autism, ADHD, and sensory processing differences. As a mother of a neurodivergent daughter, I’ve seen both the beauty and the challenges of thinking and experiencing the world differently. That personal journey fuels my dedication to creating safe, affirming, and culturally sensitive spaces where healing and growth can occur.
My Approach
My approach is holistic, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. I blend mindfulness, body awareness, and nervous system techniques to help you reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and find balance. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Polyvagal Theory, Positive Psychology, Play Therapy, and Existentialism, always grounding our work in compassion and curiosity.
I’m also trained in Phase 1 Brainspotting, a powerful technique that helps process trauma and difficult emotions through eye position and somatic awareness. I believe true well-being comes from honoring the connection between mind and body, so I also integrate the importance of nutrition, sleep, and movement into our work together. Our first session will focus on understanding your story and goals so we can build trust and create a path forward that feels right for you. Wherever you are on your journey, I’ll meet you there, with respect, empathy, and a commitment to helping you build a life that feels whole.
Meet Our Team
Bridgette Fong, LMHC-QS
Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Hello! I'm Bridgette.
I’ve walked alongside individuals, couples, and families for nearly a decade as they navigate life’s most challenging moments. As someone who speaks English and Spanish fluently, I’m passionate about making therapy accessible and culturally responsive.
What can you expect when working with me? A warm, judgment-free zone where we collaborate on building the life and relationships you want. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, working through relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll discover practical tools and insights together.
My Approach
I believe in blending science with heart. I draw from evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, but always with a human touch. I’m known for active listening, offering practical solutions, and creating a space where you feel comfortable enough to do the deeper work.
Our first session will be about getting to know each other—your story, goals, and how we might work together. I hope that you’ll leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clear sense of our path forward.
